Selection
We work your application with our partner companies. We write to you either way — with a result or an honest “not yet”.
Contract
The company that wants you runs the interview and signs the contract. We stay in touch until then — and take nothing from you.

Request
Rank, vessel type, joining date, contract length, salary. One e-mail or the form on the site.
Shortlist
Only those who confirmed availability and dates — with a CV and our note on each one.
Contract
You interview and sign the seafarer yourself. Payment follows the signature, the fee agreed in advance.
